How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of 2000 yen. Additional charges apply for Hokkaido and remote islands.

What is the lifespan?

The frame is made of metal, so it is sturdy. It is highly likely that the urethane will wear out first.
While we cannot definitively say, as it depends on the usage environment, frequency, and fabric durability, we use Japanese upholstery fabric and strive to create products that can be used safely for a long time.

Even if it deteriorates over time, reupholstery and repairs are possible.

Where can I see the actual product?

As of February 2025, there are no permanent stores or other locations. We are considering holding POPUP events, but this is currently undecided.

I want to repair it. What should I do?

Please contact us via Contact in the top menu. Please provide photos of your product and the desired repair details.

How should I care for the fabric?

Dissolve a neutral detergent in lukewarm water, soak a cloth in it, and pat the stains to remove them. If the stains do not come off, reupholstery is also possible.

The product I received is incorrect / the fabric is different.

We will promptly send you the correct product.

Can I order by phone? Are there other methods?

Currently, we only handle orders online. Thank you for your understanding.

I haven't received an order completion email.

You should normally receive an order completion email from the system within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact us via Contact at the top of the page, or call us at 0721-24-3535.

How long will it take for my ordered product to be shipped?

Shipping usually takes about 2 weeks. The delivery date can also be changed.

Can the cover be removed and washed?

No, because the attached buttons go through to the main body, it cannot be removed and washed.

Is the seating firm or soft?

It has a soft sitting feel. If you prefer a firm and sturdy sitting feel, please consult us.

The fabric has torn. Is it possible to repair it?

There was a defect in the product. Is it possible to return it?

Please contact us if there is an initial product defect due to our responsibility. As it is a build-to-order product, we cannot accept returns or cancellations due to customer convenience.

What situations qualify for a free replacement?

This applies to shipping errors (such as damage due to goods falling during transportation) or defects that could have been confirmed at the time of shipment (as per our company's regulations).
